Final Parsec Terms of Use

Final Parsec's Terms of Use describe how content created on Final Parsec is owned, used, and shared, and outline the basic conditions for using the service.

Content Ownership & Usage (Plain-English Summary)

• You own the content you create.
• You can use it commercially.
• You give Final Parsec permission to use your content to run the service.
• Public content may be used for promotion.
• Paid private content is never used for marketing.
• We don't guarantee uniqueness or non-infringement.
• We may change how content is generated at any time.

General (Plain-English Summary)

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
• You are responsible for your use of the service and your content.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or misuse.
• We are not liable for lost data, profits, or indirect damages.
• These terms may change over time.
• Governing law: Texas.

1. Content Ownership

You retain all right, title, and interest in any content you create, upload, or generate using Final Parsec ("User Content"). Final Parsec does not claim ownership of User Content.

2. License Granted to Final Parsec

You grant Final Parsec a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and use your User Content for the purposes of operating, improving, and providing the service, subject to your account tier and privacy settings.

3. Public Content

If User Content is designated as public:

• It may be viewed and shared by other users.
• Final Parsec may use it for marketing, promotional, educational, and demonstrative purposes.
• Attribution is optional.
• No compensation is owed.

Deletion removes content from the service but does not revoke this license.

4. Private Content (Paid Tiers)

If User Content is designated as private:

• It is used only to operate and maintain the service.
• It is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
• If later made public, it becomes subject to Section 3.

Studio Accounts

Studio users may be governed by custom or supplemental terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Final Parsec will not use Studio content for marketing purposes.

6. Automated and Generative Systems

Some features rely on automated, generative, or programmatic systems provided by Final Parsec or third parties. Final Parsec makes no guarantees regarding:

• Uniqueness or originality
• Non-infringement
• Fitness for a particular purpose

7. Technology Changes

Final Parsec may modify, replace, or improve its underlying systems or processes at any time without notice or obligation to disclose implementation details.
